I had hoped to get this post out just before I went out on New Years Eve but its all been a bit manic for me so just didn't get a chance. I just wanted to show you all my December nails. This month has been a little boring for me on the nail front to be honest. You would think that with it being Christmas and all that I would be a little more adventurous but I just didn't really have the time. I don't really go and get my nails done, I usually do them at home. So over such a busy month it was that little easier to go with some plain nails. I did try out ombre nails (the top right hand pic), sorry that the pic is so unclear. I didn't realise how bad it was until I had taken the varnish off :(. I actually found it pretty hard to do the ombre but think it may be to do with the nail varnish I was using as it was a little shimmery and didn't seem to want to apply. For Christmas day I had the red nails with the sparkle and a little snowflake on the little finger (top middle pic), I really love these nails as they looked so Christmassy on the day. The middle pick is the nail varnish I got in a free gift box from MaxFactor when spending over £15 on their products (click here for my Boots Mini Haul post) and it is actually one of the longest lasting nail polishes I have ever used. It doesn't chip or fade at all, so if your looking for a new polish I would 100% suggest that. Its called Max Effect Nail polish and the shade I used was called Silver.
If you would like to know what brand or colour I was using in any of the pics let me know :o)
